Abstract

Игнорирование специфики управления развитием сельского хозяйства удаленных северных территорий сдерживает модернизационные процессы в отрасли. В статье раскрыты понятие модернизации аграрного сектора, её необходимость. Выявлены особенности, возможности и ограничения технико-технологического и социально-экономического развития аграрной сферы периферийных сельских территорий Республики Коми. Рассмотрено состояние модернизации сельского хозяйства в 1960–1980 гг. и в условиях рыночных преобразований. Показано влияние рыночной реформы на изменение экономических и социальных условий функционирования аграрной экономики периферийных районов северного региона. Для активизации модернизации аграрного производства предложен программно-целевой метод управления сельским хозяйством периферийных территорий.
