Эффект Декаплинга В Индустриальном Регионе (На Примере Кемеровской Области)

Abstract

В статье рассматривается возможность проявления эффекта декаплинга в индустриальном регионе (на примере Кемеровской области). На основе анализа трендов экономического роста и объемов производства (в частности, в угольной промышленности) сделан вывод о том, что эффект декаплинга в регионе отсутствует. Увеличение объемов производства непосредственно обусловливает рост отрицательного воздействия на окружающую среду. Для изменения ситуации необходимо существенно активизировать инвестиции в природоохранную деятельность, в противном случае экологическая обстановка в Кемеровской области окажется крайне сложной.
