Abstract

В статье рассматривается спектр экономических вопросов реализации проектов по освоению морских углеводородных месторождений. Проанализированы основные риски на этапах реализации проектов и сформулированы предложения по их нивелированию. Приведён анализ инвестиционных затрат при обустройстве морских нефтегазовых месторождений в различных климатических условиях, указаны ресурсные показатели углеводородного сырья России и государств Каспийского региона. Уделено значительное внимание менеджменту осуществления проектов с учётом зарубежного опыта освоения природных ресурсов. В статье также рассмотрены вопросы безопасности и охраны окружающей среды при освоении шельфовых месторождений.
