Северный Вариант Российской Модели Демографического Старения

Abstract

В статье рассмотрены особенности российской модели постарения населения, обусловленные демографической волной, невысокой продолжительностью жизни населения и миграционными процессами. Установлено, что Россия приближается к модели демографического старения, характерной для развитых стран. Раскрыта специфика демографического старения северных регионов страны, определенная изначально более молодой возрастной структурой населения, низкой продолжительностью жизни и масштабным миграционным оттоком на протяжении последних двух с половиной десятилетий. Проанализированы экономические последствия постарения населения. Обозначены основные социальные проблемы старости.
