Abstract

В статье предложены подходы к оценке физической и экономической доступности продовольствия, дана оценка среднедушевого потребления продуктов питания населением Вологодской области, в т. ч. с учётом дифференциации по уровню доходов. Рассмотрены тенденции изменения потребления продуктов питания в городских и сельских домохозяйствах. Изложены результаты исследования платёжеспособного спроса населения на основные продукты питания.
