Экономические И Социальные Перемены В Угольной Промышленности России В Период Кризиса

Abstract

В статье рассмотрены особенности влияния мирового экономического кризиса в его острой фазе (IV квартал 2008 первое полугодие 2009 г.) на угольную промышленность России. Показано, что проведённая в 1994 2007 гг. реструктуризация отрасли позволила смягчить воздействие мирового кризиса. Сформулированы основные факторы негативного влияния кризиса и основные антикризисные мероприятия. Обозначены признаки выхода отрасли из кризиса. Оценены возможности и перспективы развития угольного производства в рамках Энергетической стратегии России до 2030 г. и показана необходимость перехода от чисто топливной схемы развития к диверсификации угольного производства на основе государственной инновационной политики.
