Территориальная Мобильность Населения В Контексте Поисков Счастья

Abstract

В статье предложено рассматривать территориальную мобильность населения как миграцию, направленную на обретение счастья. В качестве компонентов счастья исследованы факторы «здоровье», «защищенность занятости», «уровень жизни», «справедливость». Эти факторы влияют на психологическое состояние людей, переживание ими положительных или отрицательных эмоций. На примере республик и областей Приволжского федерального округа показано, что дифференциация этих факторов влияет на территориальную мобильность населения исследованных территорий. При этом два фактора – «защищенность занятости» и «уровень жизни» являются решающими в формировании направленности и интенсивности миграционных потоков населения, нацеленного на поиски счастья.
