Abstract

Рассмотрены проблемы топливно-энергетического комплекса России. Уточнены концептуальные принципы программного подхода к управлению его развитием. Предложен перечень мероприятий и работ по устойчивому развитию малого нефтяного бизнеса в рамках стратегического программирования. Разработана концептуальная модель экономического механизма стратегического управления малым нефтяным бизнесом России.
