Методические Основы Создания Туристско-Рекреационного Кластера «Заонежье» (Республика Карелия)

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы территориального планирования в сфере туризма. Приведена характеристика понятия «кластер», выделены цели его создания и основные элементы. Исследована возможность создания туристско-рекреационного кластера на территории Заонежья Республики Карелия. Разработана упрощенная модель кластера и выявлены ее основные параметры. Определены барьеры, сдерживающие создание кластера, и предложены мероприятия по их устранению.
