Повышение Уровня Реализации Трудового Потенциала: Роль Заработной Платы

Abstract

Статья посвящена проблеме выявления эмпирических взаимосвязей между заработной платой и уровнем реализации трудового потенциала работников. Теоретико-методологическую базу исследования составили авторские разработки в области социологической оценки реализации трудового потенциала. В результате исследования раскрыта мотивационная функция заработной платы. Обоснована роль, которую в наше время играет заработная плата в увеличении степени использования трудового потенциала населения. Показано, что сложившаяся практика оплаты труда и её институциональные особенности таковы, что заработная плата не является эффективным инструментом повышения уровня реализации трудового потенциала населения. Результаты исследования будут полезны служащим региональных органов власти, работникам управляющего звена предприятий и организаций.
