Abstract

В статье проанализированы тенденции лесопользования и лесовосстановления в России более чем за 100-летний период, выделены ключевые проблемы лесного хозяйства и лесной промышленности, дана оценка результативности институциональных изменений по решению проблем лесного хозяйства, предложен комплекс мероприятий по управлению эволюцией лесного сектора, направленных на устойчивое, неистощительное лесопользование при максимизации лесного дохода.
