Abstract

Рассмотрены особенности администрирования налога с оборота в системе универсальных акцизов, а именно: в чистом виде и вместе с НДС. Значительное внимание уделено международному опыту функционирования гибридной системы универсальных акцизов. Изучены отечественные взгляды относительно параллельного существования налога с оборота и НДС. Приведены возможные шаги реализации исследуемой инициативы.
