Угольная Промышленность Китая И Стран Снг: Проблемы Функционирования В Контексте Современных Вызовов

Abstract

Проанализированы содержательные особенности угольной отрасли Казахстана, России и Китая в условиях снижения мировых цен на уголь и роста значимости возобновляемых источников энергии для определения возможностей адаптации опыта этих стран в решении актуальных задач по разработке стратегических положений реформирования угольной отрасли в Украине. Обоснован выбор этих стран, учитывая системную значимость угольной отрасли в структуре национальной экономики. Рассмотрены особенности функционирования угольной промышленности Украины, Казахстана, России и Китая по следующим критериям: горно-геологические условия, показатели качества, экспорт и импорт, организационная структура, институциональные особенности. Определены характерные проблемы и обоснованы перспективы развития отрасли с учетом современных вызовов для каждой из стран.
