Abstract

Рассматривается механизм управления внешней мотивацией работников промышленных предприятий. Целью создания такого механизма является формирование мотиваций, которые бы мотивировали к качественному выполнению работы за счет факторов, не связанных с предметом труда. Для реализации данной идеи предложен научно-методический подход к управлению внешней мотивацией персонала, определяющий три направления внешнего стимулирования сотрудников.
