Abstract

Рассмотрено использование в практике украинских интегрированных объединений стоимостного подхода. Предложена финансовая модель системы управления динамической устойчивостью холдинга, которая состоит из двух моделей: свободных денежных потоков для оценивания имеющегося бизнес-портфеля и текущего управления стоимостью для вновь приобретенных компаний (авторская разработка).
