Модель Оптимального Распределения Работников По Видам Работ На Примере Энергетического Предприятия

Abstract

Приведена разработанная автором модель оценки эффективности труда каждого работника на основе таких критериев, как: 1) профессиональная компетентность; 2) креативность; 3) ответственность; 4) лидерство; 5) уравновешенность черт характера, доброжелательность, толерантность, умение находить компромиссы;6) управленческие навыки и умения; 7) общее состояние здоровья. Результаты оценок эффективности труда персонала использованы при разработке оптимального плана назначения работников по видам работ с учетом критерия эффективности на энергетическом предприятии газотранспортной сферы.
