Модель Финансирования Высшего Образования В Контексте Стратегии Повышения Качества Трудовых Ресурсов В Украине

Abstract

Проведено сравнение существующей в Украине модели финансирования высшего образования с западными моделями. Определено, что использование альтернативной модели финансирования, основанной на концепции диверсификации источников, позволяет обеспечить более высокий уровень качества высшего образования без ограничения его финансовой доступности для населения.
