Abstract

В современной экономике происходит смена парадигм: все более актуальным становится поворот от иерархий к сетевым структурам. Цель работы – описание организационного преобразования связанных с угледобычей предприятий группы "Донецксталь", построенного на принципах сетевого капитализма, в горнопромышленный парковый комплекс. Основное внимание уделено модульному добычному парку с буровым модулем в составе.
