Аутсорсинг Как Инструмент Формирования И Укрепления Конкурентных Преимуществ Предприятия

Abstract

Цель работы заключается в представлении аутсорсинга как новой, перспективной формы организации бизнеса, недостаточно изученной в отечественной науке и редко используемой в практической деятельности предприятий. Обоснована экономическая целесообразность применения данного способа организации функционирования предприятия. Показаны недостатки аутсорсинга. Отсутствие законодательства в данной области провоцирует рассогласованность действий, конфликты между работодателями и наемными работниками, возникающие из-за двойной подчиненности работников.
