Abstract

Проведен анализ и раскрыты современные тенденции в сфере подготовки научных кадров высшей квалификации в Украине. Проведено исследование изменений, которые произошли в структуре подготовки научных кадров, а также их привлечение к научно-технической деятельности. Сформированы предложения и очерчены основные направления государственной политики по совершенствованию системы подготовки научных кадров и эффективного использования интеллектуального потенциала.
