Abstract

Рассмотрен современный уровень нефтедобывающей и нефтеперерабатывающей промышленности, который не удовлетворяет потребности национального рынка нефтепродуктов и негативно влияет на уровень энергобезопасности Украины. Модернизацию нефтяного сектора предлагается провести с использованием инновационного механизма.
