Abstract

Обобщены типичные проблемы современных украинских предприятий, доказана необходимость проведения реструктуризации на предприятиях угольной отрасли Украины; выделены особенности реструктуризации угольных шахт Польши, Великобритании и Германии. Рассмотрены стратегия реформирования угольной отрасли Украины и проект реструктуризации предприятий и развития частного сектора; выявлены особенности слияния и поглощения, имевшие место в практике отечественных и зарубежных предприятий.
