Abstract

Досліджено проблему довіри населення до комерційних банків як базового параметра інституціонального середовища в банківському секторі, обґрунтовано пропозиції щодо його укріплення.Исследована проблема доверия населения к коммерческим банкам как базового параметра институциональной среды в банковском секторе, обоснованы предложения по его укреплению.The paper investigates the problem of people's confidence in commercial banks as a basic parameter of the institutional environment in a banking sector. The recommendations on its strengthening are grounded.
