Abstract

Статтю присвячено питанням реалізації технології діагностики й оцінки ефективності діяльності підприємства в межах загального управлінського циклу, модифікації системи індикаторів і ключових показників, що використовується в ній, а також підвищенню ефективності управління ресурсними потоками.Статья посвящена вопросам реализации технологии диагностики и оценки эффективности деятельности предприятия в рамках общего управленческого цикла, модификации используемой в ней системы индикаторов и ключевых показателей, а также повышению эффективности управления ресурсными потоками.The article deals with implementation of technology diagnostics and assessment of enterprise's performance efficiency in the overall management cycle, modification of indices and key performance indicators used in the technology, as well as enhancement of efficiency of resource flows management
