Abstract

Обґрунтовано застосування методу оболонки вільного розміщення в конкурентному бенчмаркінгу. Розроблено методичні положення щодо здійснення конкурентного бенчмаркінгу на промисловому підприємстві, що дозволяють поетапно виробляти і приймати стратегічні рішення, які забезпечують досягнення межі ефективності та лідерство на ринку.Обосновано применение метода оболочки свободного размещения в конкурентном бенчмаркинге. Разработаны методические положения по осуществлению конкурентного бенчмаркинга на промышленном предприятии, позволяющие поэтапно вырабатывать и принимать стратегические решения, обеспечивающие достижение границы эффективности и лидерство на рынке.
