Abstract

Розглянуто економічну роль мита, порядок його застосування в умовах глобалізації. Досліджено сучасне нормативно-правове регулювання мита в Україні та його відповідність вимогам СОТ. Визначено проблемні питання обліку мита в Україні.Рассмотрена экономическая роль таможенных пошлин, порядок их применения в условиях глобализации. Проведено исследование современного нормативно-правового регулирования таможенных ставок в Украине и их соответствия требованиям ВТО. Определены проблемные вопросы учета таможенных пошлин в Украине.The economic role of customs duties is considered as well as the order of their application under globalization. The present normative-legal regulation of customs rates in Ukraine and their conformity to the WTO requirements was examined. The problem questions concerning customs duties in Ukraine have been determined.
