Abstract

Уточнено сутність та роль мотивації в системі комунікаційного менеджменту (КМ), розроблено методи оцінки персоналу, запропоновано методику створення системи мотивування працівників КМ машинобудівних підприємств.Уточнены сущность и роль мотивации в системе коммуникационного менеджмента (КМ), разработаны методы оценки персонала, предложена методика создания системы мотивирования работников КМ машиностроительных предприятий.The nature and role of motivation in the Communication Management (CM) is specified; methods developed for evaluating personnel are proposed as well as the technique of motivating CM employees of machine-building enterprises.
