Abstract

Проаналізовано класичні та сучасні теоретичні засади інвестування в розвиток капіталу як засобу зростання продуктивності, підвищення доходів і створення нової вартості. Досліджено аспекти вкладень у людський капітал як особливого виду інвестиційної діяльності. Запропоновано нові підходи до визначення й оцінки ефективності інвестицій у людський капітал.Выполнен анализ классических и современных основ инвестирования в развитие капитала, как способа повышения производительности труда, роста доходов и создания новой стоимости. Исследованы аспекты вложений в человеческий капитал, как особый вид инвестиционной деятельности. Предложены новые подходы в определении, характеристике и оценке эффективности инвестиций в человеческий капитал.
