Abstract

Запропоновано типологію мотивів споживача продуктів харчування, а також розглянуто зміни їх впливу на поведінку споживача-індивіда на продовольчому ринку України в період фінансово-економічної кризи 2008 р.Предлагается типология мотивов потребления продуктов питания, а также рассматривается изменение их влияния на поведение потребителя-индивида на продовольственном рынке Украины в период финансово-экономического кризиса 2008 г.The types of food consumption motives are presented in the article. Changes in their influence on the individual consumer's behavior on the food market of Ukraine during the crisis 2008 are considered.
