Abstract

Досліджено передумови, умови і форми інтеграції вугледобувних і електроенергетичних компаній у країнах із різним рівнем економічного розвитку; виявлено деякі загальні тенденції в цьому процесі.Исследуются предпосылки, условия и формы интеграции угледобывающих и электроэнергетических компаний в странах с разным уровнем экономического развития, выявляются некоторые общие тенденции в этом процессе.The paper examines preconditions, conditions and forms of integration of coal-mining and electric-and-energy companies in the countries with different level of economic development. The common trends in this process are revealed.
