Минимизация Последствий Техногенных Аварий В Жилищно-Коммунальном Хозяйстве

Abstract

Обґрунтовано різке підвищення ризиків техногенних аварій у системах комунального життєзабезпечення внаслідок швидкого зростання довжини старих і аварійних інженерних мереж, зносу устаткування. Запропоновано концепцію системи заходів для виходу із кризового стану.Обосновано резкое повышение рисков техногенных аварий в системах коммунального жизнеобеспечения вследствие быстрого роста протяжённости ветхих и аварийных инженерных сетей, износа оборудования. Предложена концепция системы мер по выходу из кризисного положения.The grounds are given why there is a sharp increase in risks of techogenous troubles in the communal life-support systems. This is explained by decrepit and breakdown communication networks and increasing depreciation of equipment. To overcome the crisis situation, the conception of systematic measures is offered.
