Abstract

Проаналізовано ефективність обігу цінних паперів, державне регулювання професійної діяльності на фондовому ринку та визначено основні умови формування цілісного, інвестиційно привабливого біржового ринку України.Проанализированы эффективность оборота ценных бумаг, государственное регулирование профессиональной деятельности на фондовом рынке и определены основные условия формирования целостного, инвестиционно привлекательного биржевого рынка Украины.The efficiency of securities circulation is analyzed, as well as the government control ore professional activity on the securities market. The basic conditions for forming an integral investment-attractive of the exchange market of Ukraine have been determined.
