Abstract

Розглядається сутність сценарного підходу, його особливості й напрями використання. Аналізуються механізми реалізації сценарного моделювання. Досліджуються ключові питання застосування сценарного моделювання до розробки політики регіонального розвитку.Рассматривается сущность сценарного подхода, его особенности и направления использования. Анализируются механизмы реализации сценарного моделирования. Исследуются ключевые вопросы применения сценарного моделирования к разработке политики регионального развития.The essence of a scenario approach is considered as well as its specific features and ways of using. The mechanisms of realization of a scenario modeling are analyzed. Key questions of applying a scenario modeling as for elaboration of the regional development policy are investigated.
