Abstract

Аналізується термін «митна політика», досліджується механізм її формування та реалізації. Визначено роль та значущість регуляторної функції митної політики.Анализируется термин «таможенная политика», исследуется механизм ее формирования и реализации. Определена роль и значение регуляторной функции таможенной политики.The paper analyzes the term customs policy and investigates the mechanism of its formation and realization. The role and value of the regulatory functions in the customs policy are defined.
