Abstract

Розглянуто сутність поняття ризику та ризик-менеджменту, а також призначення, функції, принципи й етапи процесу управління ризиками; висвітлено причини необхідності впровадження комплексної системи управління ризиками на підприємстві.Рассмотрены сущность понятий «риск» и «риск-менеджмент», а также предназначение, функции, принципы и этапы процесса управления рисками; освещены причины необходимости внедрения комплексной системы управления рисками на предприятии.The essence of the concepts risk and risk-management is considered as well as the purpose, functions, principles and stages in the process of risk-management. The reasons for introducing a complex risk-management system at the enterprises are described.
