Abstract

Досліджуються особливості процесів інтеграції підприємств, аналізуються підходи до оцінки ефективності створення інтегрованих структур, обґрунтовується доцільність і розробка рекомендацій щодо застосування із цією метою синергетичного підходу.Исследуются особенности процессов интеграции предприятий, анализируются подходы к оценке эффективности создания интегрированных структур, обосновывается целесообразность и разработка рекомендаций относительно применения в этих целях синергетического подхода.The paper investigates features of enterprises' integration processes, analyses the approaches to estimation of the integration structures effectiveness, the expediency is grounded and the recommendations have been worked out to apply a synergetic approach in this context.
