Abstract

Розглянуто основні показники оцінки ефективності й обґрунтування прийняття інвестиційних рішень. Досліджено основні методи оцінки ризиків під час прийняття інвестиційних рішень та визначено їх основні переваги та недоліки. Визначено фактори, що впливають на вибір методу оцінки ризиківРассмотрены основные показатели оценки эффективности и обоснования принятия инвестиционных решений. Исследованы основные методы оценки рисков во время принятия инвестиционных решений и определены их преимущества и недостатки, а также определены факторы, влияющие на выбор метода оценки рисков.The basic indexes of estimation of efficiency and motivation of investment decisions making are considered. The basic risk estimation methods have been studied, their advantages and drawbacks have been defined as well as the factors which have influence on the choice of risk estimation methods
