Abstract

Розглянуто нові тенденції в управлінні потенціалом підприємств на підставі реінжинірингу бізнес-процесів, аутсорсингу та аутстафінгу. Проведено теоретичні узагальнення, висвітлено основні принципи, напрями діяльності та наведено практичний інструментарій з метою підвищення потенціалу вітчизняних підприємств.Рассматриваются новые тенденции в управлении потенциалом предприятий на основании реинжиниринга бизнес-процессов, аутсорсинга и аутстаффинга. Проведены теоретические обобщения, освещены основные принципы, направления деятельности и представлен практический инструментарий с целью повышения потенциала отечественных предприятий.The article considers new trends in managing enterprise's potential on the basis of business processes reengineering, outsourcing and outstaffing. To increase home enterprises' potential, main principles and activities directions are generalized theoretically and practical instruments are presented.
