Abstract

Виділено основні обмеження, перешкоди, що стоять на шляху створення дієвої системи інтеграції науки, освіти і промислового виробництва. Запропоновано перетворити наявні передумови в чинники розвитку і технологічної модернізації економіки.Выделены основные ограничения, препятствия, стоящие на пути создания действенной системы интеграции науки, образования и промышленного производства. Предлагается преобразовать наличные предпосылки в факторы развития и технологической модернизации экономики.The article analyses basic limitations, obstacles which hinder creation of the effective system of science, education and industrial complex integration. It is suggested to transform present pre-conditions for into the factors of development and technological modernization of the economy.
