Abstract

Узагальнено досвід роботи інвестиційних банків та інших учасників інвестиційного ринку. Проаналізовано проблеми їх розвитку на сучасному етапі на базі аналізу світового досвіду розвитку інвестиційного банкингу, подано рекомендації щодо подальшого розвитку і формування потужних інвестиційних банків в Україні.Обобщен опыт работы инвестиционных банков и других участников инвестиционного рынка. Проанализированы проблемы их развития на современном этапе на базе анализа мирового опыта развития инвестиционного банкинга, даны рекомендации относительно дальнейшего развития и формирования мощных инвестиционных банков в Украине.The article generalizes the practical experience of banks and other participants of the investment market. Based on the analysis of world experience in the development of investment banking, the problems concerning their development have been analysed, the recommendations on further development and formation of powerful investment banks in Ukraine are given.
