Abstract

Розглянуто правові засади реформування відносин власності у постсоціалістичній економіці України, проаналізовано механізм регулювання приватизаційних правовідносин, встановлено проблеми правового механізму роздержавлення і приватизації державного і комунального майна та державного житлового фонду.Рассмотрены правовые основы реформирования отношений собственности в постсоциалистической экономике Украины, проанализирован механизм регулирования приватизационных правоотношений, установлены проблемы правового механизма разгосударствления и приватизации государственного и коммунального имущества, а также государственного жилищного фонда.The article deals with the legal basis for reforming property relations in the post-socialist economy of Ukraine and the mechanism of regulating privatization legal relations are analysed, the problems of the legal mechanism of denationalization and privatization of the state and municipal property and also of public housing are defined.
