Abstract

На прикладі Донецької залізниці побудовано математичну модель динаміки заробітної плати у промисловому секторі України. Показано, що домінуючим фактором є зовнішні макроекономічні умови і вплив зростання продуктивності праці незначний.На примере Донецкой железной дороги построена математическая модель динамики заработной платы в промышленном секторе Украины. Показано, что доминирующим фактором являются внешние макроэкономические условия и влияние роста производительности труда незначительно.The mathematical model of dynamics of wages and salaries in the industrial sector of Ukraine is built on the example of the Donetsk railway. It is shown that here a dominant factor is external macroeconomic conditions and a slight influence of the labour productivity growth.
