Abstract

Розглянуто можливість підвищення ефективності функціонування промислового підприємства шляхом удосконалення систем стратегічного та внутрішньофірмового плануваня відповідно до вимог зовнішнього середовища, ураховуючи внутрішній потенціал підприємства. Розроблено концепцію моделювання стратегічного розвитку промислового підприємства та методику кількісного обґрунтування процесу прийняття управлінського рішення у сфері інвестуванняРассмотрена возможность повышения эффективности функционирования промышленного предприятия путем усовершенствования систем стратегического и внутренне фирменного планирования в соответствии с требованиями внешней среды, учитывая внутренний потенциал предприятия. Разработана концепция моделирования стратегического развития промышленного предприятия и методика количественного обоснования процесса принятия управленческого решения в сфере инвестирования.
