Abstract

Розглянуто основні етапи формування фондового ринку протягом першого десятиліття трансформаційних перетворень в економіці Російської Федерації. Відзначено провідну роль держави у становленні організованого сегмента фондового ринку, у централізації біржової торгівлі цінними паперами.Рассмотрены основные этапы формирования фондового рынка в течение первого десятилетия трансформационных преобразований в экономике Российской Федерации. Отмечена ведущая роль государства в становлении организованного сегмента фондового рынка, в централизации биржевой торговли ценными бумагами.Main stages in formation of the stock market during the first decade of transformational changes in the economy of Russian Federation are considered. The leading role of the state in formation of organized stock market segment and centralization of stock exchange dealings with securities is marked.
