Abstract

Досліджено різноманітні функції підприємства як найбільш стійкого інституту суспільства. Розглянуто різні аспекти відносин «людина-підприємство-регіон-держава-суспільство». Обґрунтовано визначальну роль підприємств у формуванні умов самореалізації особистості, формуванні середнього класу, громадянського суспільства.Исследованы многообразные функции предприятия как наиболее устойчивого института общества. Рассмотрены различные аспекты взаимоотношений «человек-предприятие-регион-государство-общество». Обоснована определяющая роль предприятий в формировании условий самореализации личности, формировании среднего класса, гражданского общества.The authors investigate functions of an enterprise as the most stable institute of society. Different aspects in interrelations man enterprise region state are considered. The reasons are given to consider the role of enterprises in formation of conditions for personal self-realization, of medium class and civil society to be very important.
