Abstract

Розглянуто проблему формування трудового потенціалу, проведено аналіз демографічної ситуації у країні, встановлено основні причини її погіршення; визначено основні важелі регулювання обсягу трудового потенціалу у країні.Рассматривается проблема формирования трудового потенциала, проведен анализ демографической ситуации в стране; установлены основные причины ее ухудшения, определены основные рычаги регулирования объема трудового потенциала в стране.The article considers the problem of labour potential formation and analyses demographical situation in the country. The reasons for its worsening have been revealed, and levers have been found to regulate volume of labour potential in the country.
