Особенности Рыночных Преобразований В Экономике Российской Федерации В 90-Х Годах Хх Века

Abstract

Розглянуто основні принципи й методи здійснення ринкових реформ у Росії в 1991-2000 рр., а також їх результати в економіці й соціальній сфері. Особливо відзначені безпрецедентний у мирний час спад в економіці, деградація соціальної сфери, інсайдерська спрямованість процесів приватизації, використання акціонерної форми власності в інтересах інсайдерів, сполучена із цим дисфункція інституту акціонерної власності й масова декапіталізація підприємств у процесі приватизації.Рассмотрены основные принципы и методы осуществления рыночных реформ в России в 1991-2000 гг., а также их результаты в экономике и социальной сфере. Особо отмечены беспрецедентный в мирное время спад в экономике, деградация социальной сферы, инсайдерская направленность процессов приватизации, использование акционерной формы собственности в интересах инсайдеров, сопряженная с этим дисфункция института акционерной собственности и массовая декапитализация предприятий в процессе приватизации.
