Abstract

Економічно обґрунтовано та проаналізовано чинне законодавство про природні монополії з урахуванням особливостей інституційних умов у даній сфері; досліджено методи державного регулювання в Україні на предмет їх відповідності теоретичним положенням концепції природної монополії.Экономически обосновано и проанализировано действующее законодательство о естественных монополиях с учетом особенностей институциональных условий в данной сфере, исследованы методы государственного регулирования в Украине на предмет их соответствия теоретическим положениям концепции естественной монополии.The current legislation on natural monopolies has been justified economically and analyzed taking into account the features of institutional conditions in this sphere; the methods of government regulation in Ukraine have been investigated for the purpose to compare them with theoretical principles of the natural monopoly conception.
