Abstract

Розглянуто дворівневу регіональну структуру транскордонного співробітництва та проаналізовано перспективи її застосування в Чорноморському регіоні. На основі вивченого світового досвіду створення і функціонування морських кластерів запропоновано створити в рамках єврорегіону „Чорне море транскордонний морський кластер.Рассмотрена двухуровневая региональная структура трансграничного сотрудничества и проанализированы перспективы ее применения в Черноморском регионе. На основе изучения мирового опыта образования и функционирования морских кластеров предложено создать в рамках еврорегиона «Черное море» трансграничный морской кластер.The two-level regional structure of cross-border cooperation has been investigated and the prospects for its application in the Black Sea region have been analyzed. Based on the world experience in creation and functioning of maritime clusters, it is suggested to create a cross-border maritime cluster within the framework of the Euro-region „Black Sea.
