Влияние Теории Заинтересованных Сторон На Управленческий Учет

Abstract

На основі теорії зацікавлених сторін побудовано більшість моделей та інструментів сучасного стратегічного управлінського обліку (Balanced Scorecard, Accountability Scorecard, Performance Pyramid). Розглянуто методику аналізу зацікавлених сторін на прикладі системи показників відповідальності (Accountability Scorecard). Визначено переваги та недоліки цієї моделі та її роль у підтримці стратегічних управлінських рішень.На основе теории заинтересованных сторон создано большинство моделей и инструментов современного стратегического управленческого учета (Balanced Scorecard, Accountability Scorecard, Performance Pyramid). Рассмотрена методика анализа заинтересованных сторон на примере системы показателей ответственности (Accountability Scorecard). Выявлены преимущества и недостатки этой модели и ее роль в поддержке стратегических управленческих решений.On the basis of the stakeholders theory the majority of models and tools of the modern strategic management accounting (Balanced Scorecard, Accountability Scorecard, Performance Pyramid) has been created. The given article considers the technique of stakeholders analysis on the example of Accountability Scorecard. Advantages and drawbacks of this model and its role in support of strategic management decisions are revealed.
